Shipping policy

At Queen City Skincare, we know how exciting it is to receive your order — and we work hard to make sure it gets to you quickly and reliably.

Order Processing:

All orders are processed within 1 business day, unless otherwise stated on the product page (such as during promotions or preorders). You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another when it ships.

Free Standard Shipping:

We offer free standard shipping on all orders, with no minimum required.

Where We Ship:

We ship to all U.S. addresses, including Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO military addresses, and extended delivery zones.

Local Delivery:

We now offer free local delivery within a 20-mile radius of our studio at 709 Eggert Rd., Buffalo, NY 14215. If local delivery is available for your order, the option will appear at checkout.

Lost or Undelivered Orders:

Once your order is marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered complete. If you believe your order is lost or has not arrived within a reasonable time frame, please reach out to us at help@queencityskincare.com. You can also visit our Contact Page for additional ways to get in touch.
