About our Products

Are your products new and sealed?


Yes — all of our products are 100% new and unused. However, because we source some items through resale channels, certain products may not arrive factory-sealed.

In those cases, we carefully inspect them ourselves to ensure they’re undamaged, hygienic, and safe to use. We never sell anything we wouldn’t use on our own skin.

Where do you get your products?

We source our products from a mix of trusted Korean skincare distributors and local resale opportunities right here in Western New York.

Some are imported directly from Korea (hello, K-beauty favorites), and others are overstock or discounted gems we find and inspect ourselves. If it’s in our shop, it’s something we’ve used or would use — period.

Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?

We do our best to curate products that are ethically made and never tested on animals, but we’re also committed to honesty.

Not every item we carry is certified vegan, organic, or all-natural. Some formulas may contain animal-derived ingredients like honey, snail mucin, or collagen — especially in Korean skincare, where those ingredients are common.

We always aim to be transparent and are happy to answer questions about specific products. If something’s important to you, just reach out — we’ve got your back.

I want more! Do you restock your products?

We always try to restock popular items — but because of how we source (think small batches, limited finds, and quick-moving inventory), not everything makes a comeback.

As we grow, we’re working to keep our K-beauty staples consistently in stock. So if you love something, let us know! Your feedback helps us decide what to bring back — and how often.

Shipping and Delivery

How long will it take to get my order?

Orders usually ship within 1–3 business days, and standard delivery takes 3–7 business days after that. You’ll get tracking info as soon as your order is on the way!

Where do you ship?

Right now, we ship anywhere in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. No international shipping just yet — but it’s on our wishlist.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Orders $50 and up ship free, automatically. No code needed.

Can I pick up my order locally?

Not yet — but we’re based in Buffalo, NY, and hope to offer local pickup in the future.

My package is lost or delayed — what do I do?

Start by checking the tracking link in your shipping email. If things still look off, email us at help@queencityskincare.com. We’ll help however we can, but please note that once your package is with the carrier, it’s out of our hands.

Who runs Queen City Skincare?

We’re a small team based in Buffalo, NY, passionate about skincare, intentional self-care, and making great products more accessible. Queen City Skincare started as a personal journey of healing and ritual — and grew into a way to share that with others.

We believe skincare isn’t about perfection — it’s about treating yourself like you’re worth the effort.

Who’s the buffalo in your logo?

That’s Regina, our crowned queen and unofficial mascot. She represents strength, softness, and Buffalo pride — the exact energy we pour into everything we do. Yes, she’s a little regal. No, she doesn’t gatekeep her skincare routine.

Why “Queen City” Skincare?

Buffalo has always been nicknamed the “Queen City,” and it felt right to name our brand after our hometown — a place with grit, warmth, and community. Just like skincare, Buffalo isn’t about perfection — it’s about resilience and care.

Do you have a storefront?

Not yet! We’re currently online-only, but we’re dreaming big and would love to connect with you in person someday. Stay tuned.
