Shipping Made Simple

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders — including APO/FPO and extended zones — with processing in just 1 business day. Local delivery is also available within 20 miles of Buffalo, NY.

Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days if products are unused and in original packaging. A $7 return shipping fee and a 5% restocking fee apply. Full details are outlined in our Refund Policy.

Payments

We keep things simple and secure — because skincare should be relaxing, not confusing.

Payment Methods

We accept all major credit and debit cards through Shopify Payments, and you’re welcome to check out using PayPal. We also support mobile wallets like Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay for fast, secure checkout.

You can now choose Shop Pay Installments to split your purchase into manageable payments, or check out using Amazon Pay for added convenience.

All payments are processed safely and encrypted. We never store your full card details.

Authorization & Capture

Your payment is authorized when you place your order, but we don’t collect the funds (also known as “capturing” the payment) until your order ships.

If your order is canceled or modified before shipping, you may still see a pending authorization on your statement. These usually disappear within a few business days, depending on your bank.

Failed Payment Captures

If we can’t successfully capture your payment when your order is ready to ship, we won’t be able to fulfill it. We’ll reach out to resolve the issue, but delays or cancellations may occur if payment can’t be completed.

Gift Cards & Discount Codes

We don’t currently offer gift cards, but we’re exploring that for the future.

Promo codes and discounts are offered only through our website or official social media. Codes found elsewhere are likely invalid. Some promotions may not be combined with other offers — we’ll always let you know when that’s the case.

Unauthorized Charges

If you suspect your card was used without your permission, contact us right away at help@queencityskincare.com. We’ll investigate promptly and work with you to resolve it.
